BEFORE & AFTER REVEAL
I have several projects that I can post before and afters of, but not all of the clients follow the project to full completion with me. What I mean by that is that some clients literally hire me for a remodel only. Then they do their own furnishings and décor. When this happens, I’m rarely able to capture the drastic changes with professional photography simply because I refuse to add a project to my portfolio where the furnishings and décor are not what I chose. A finished room with designer selected furnishings photographs SO much better than a finished room where the client did their own furniture and décor. You don’t know how many projects I’ve skipped photographing over the years where the end result photos could have been AMAZING if the client had let me help with furniture selections, but they didn’t. I am always so ecstatic when a client hires me to not only remodel, but finish out the room with furnishings and décor, too! I’ve got one such project on the horizon, scheduled to start demo this week. I can’t wait!
Today I’m sharing with you a client’s home where she allowed me to design a remodel for her kitchen, her family room, and her master suite. We also remodeled her secondary bathroom. It was quite a large project, and she was just a dream to work with! I will let the photos speak for themselves. I tried to capture each angle the same in the before and after photo, but that’s not entirely possible being that the photographer for the after photos wasn’t me!
